Microsoft Project, the most widely known and well-distributed, easy to obtain project management software, is one of the tools the project managers can utilize to support their work in managing their projects.
This training course serves as an introduction to scheduling and how to create a schedule by using the popular software package Microsoft Office Project.
It is suitable for anyone with a need to use scheduling software such as team members, planners, project leaders, project managers, or other scheduling practitioners. This workshop is kept up to date with the framework of knowledge outlined by the Practice Standard for Scheduling, and the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK® Guide.
This course will be led by an ITSS certified instructor who will provide benefits of the software, tips to use various features, recommended guidelines, common shortcuts, and how to apply scheduling concepts to manage work.
